Due to this we try and work with our customers and artists together to reach agreements that are fair to all parties. Most customer service issues are dealt with on a one on one basis, but here is a basic overview of our return policy. You may return most items you purchase from beneaththestreet.com. The items being returned must not be opened, for items that are packaged in cellophane. We also sell items that are sold in slim-line cases that are not shipped in cellophane. These items can only be retuned if they were broken during shipping or if the wrong item was received. If this is the case beneaththestreet.com will give you store credit for the item or simply ship you the correct item or intact item (if the original was damaged during shipping). In all the cases the item to be refunded must be sent back to beneaththestreet.com (we will credit the shipping cost to your store credit). Once we receive the item and verify it is broken or the wrong order we will e-mail the customer a coupon code for the amount of credit, which can be used for any item/items sold on beneaththestreet.com. This process will usually be handled the same day we receive the returned item. For domestic orders (orders being shipped in the United States) the customer will have 15 days from date of purchase to request a refund (unless shipping delay is the reason for the return). International orders will have 25 days from the date of purchase to request a refund (again, unless shipping delay is the reason for the return).
